Private donor arrangements are personal agreements — they’re not a substitute for medical or legal advice. I always recommend both parties get independent legal advice before proceeding, and I’m happy to work through a licensed WA fertility clinic for anyone who wants the full medical and legal pathway. I’m not looking for a co-parenting role — I’m past the nappy stage — but I’m open to a known-donor relationship if that suits your family.

Note: private donor arrangements in Australia are legal between consenting adults. Commercial sale of sperm is not — so I don’t charge a fee. Only genuine out-of-pocket expenses (such as travel) can be reimbursed. Recipients should always seek independent legal advice.
